CarolineA.(Bailey) "IO" Natalizia, 75, of Smithfield, R.I., and South
Ryegate, Vt., died Monday, March 26, 2007, at the Overlook Nursing
and Rehabilitation Center. She was the wife of the late Corrado C.
Natalizia. Born in St. Johnsbury, Vt., a daughter of the late Leroy F.
and Delta C. (Perkins) Bailey. She lived in Smithfield, formerly
residing in Providence. She was a 1949 graduate of St. Johnsbury
Academy and a 1951 graduate of the Mary Fletcher Hospital School
of Radiology. She was an X-ray technician in Providence in 1951 and
1952. Caroline was an expert seamstress and homemaker. She was an
excellent cook, a talent she generously shared with her family and
friends. She especially loved caring for her family and visiting her
beloved childhood home and friends in South Ryegate. She is survived
by her beloved children, Carl B. Natalizia of Irvine, Calif., Ann M.
Natalizia of Wrentham, Mass., Mary E. Natalizia of Williamstown
Mass., Joseph P. Natalizia of North Smithfield, Elaine C. Broccoli of
North Scituate, R.I., and David M. Natalizia of Costa Mesa, Calif.;
sister Delta Ystueta of St. Louis, Mo.; and 11 grandchildren. She was
the grandmother of the late Katie M. Broccoli. A memorial service
will be held July 21 in the South Ryegate Presbyterian Church,
Ryegate, Vt. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Caroline's

St. Johnsbury, VT 05819.
