Sr. Pauline F. Dufresne, CND, (S.S. Victor Marie) 83 died at
Andrus On Hudson in Hastings on Hudson, NY on Sunday, July
29th. Sr. Pauline was born April 2, 1929 in Hardwick, VT,
daughter of the late Victor and Marie (Bessette) Dufresne.
Sr. Pauline was an art educator for many years in Kankakee,
Chicago and South Holland, IL, Notre Dame Academy in Waterbury, CT, Notre
Dame School in St. Johnsbury, VT and finally at St. John the Evangelist
in Watertown, CT. Sr. Pauline is survived by her CND community and many nieces,
nephews and other relatives. She was predeceased by four sisters and 5 brothers.
Funeral Information - A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 AM on
Thursday, August 2nd at Villa Notre Dame in Wilton, CT. Burial will be in St.
Peter’s Cemetery in Danbury, CT. The CND community will receive friends between the hours of 4
and 7 PM on Wednesday, August 1st at Villa Notre Dame, 345 Belden Hill Rd., Wilton, CT.
