Albert F. Parmeter , 72, of Wellesley, Mass., passed away on Oct. 13, 2006.
He graduated from St. Johnsbury Academy and lived most of
his life in Massachusetts. Albert served during the Korean War
conflict. He was the beloved son of Evelyn R. (Paris) of St. Johnsbury
and the late Fred A. Parmeter; a loving father to Deborah A. Fentress
of Texas, David M. Parmeter and his wife Maureen of Maynard, Mass.,
and Stephen M. Parmeter and his wife Dianna of Westminster, Mass.;
dear brother of Jane E. Greene of St. Johnsbury, Vt.; and a devoted
friend of Walter C. Hurd of Wellesley, Mass. He is also survived by
nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; a niece and a nephew.
Family and friends are invited to attend a memorial service at the
Sayles Funeral Home, 525 Summer St., St. Johnsbury, Vt., on Saturday,
Oct. 21, 2006, at 1 p.m. followed by interment at Danville Green
Cemetery, Danville, Vt. In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory
may be made to the Pine Street Inn, Development Office, 44 Harrison Ave., Boston, MA 02118.
