Charles R. Brown , 66, passed away peacefully in his home in Rancho
Mirage, Calif., with his family and friends close by on Feb. 6, 2007. He was
born May 20, 1940, in St. Johnsbury, Vt. He is survived by his partner of 28
years, David Pardo of Rancho Mirage, Calif.; brother and sister-in-law,
Eugene N. Brown and Theresa D. Brown of Waterford, Vt.; much loved
nephew and niece, Rick Brown of Wilder, Vt. and Penny Atherton of
Henniker, N.H.; stepmother, Ruth A. Brown of Lyndonville, Vt.; several
aunts, uncles, nephews and cousins. His father, Walter R. Brown, and a
brother, Ronald P. Brown, predeceased him. Charlie will be missed by his
many friends and leaves behind fond memories in the hearts and minds of
his loved ones and friends around the country. At his request, there will be
no service. A celebration of his life will be announced at a future date. In
memories of Charles R. Brown, donations may be made to the American Lung Association.
