LEWIS: Elva J. , 64, of Littleton, passed away at Littleton Regional
Hospital, Wednesday, April 23, 2003, after a long illness. Elva was born a
daughter to Albert Charles and Ruth (Noyes) Ash, Feb. 2, 1939, in St.
Johnsbury. She enjoyed her domestic duties around the house, was a
devoted and loving wife, and when time permitted loved to go camping.
Surviving family members include her husband, Donald Lewis of Littleton;
one sister, Priscilla Ross of Derby, Vt.; and two brothers, Melvin Ash of St.
Johnsbury and Rodney Ash of Waterford. One sister predeceased her. A
memorial service will be held Saturday, May 3, at 10:30 a.m., at Pillsbury
Funeral Home, 101 Union St., Littleton, with the Rev. Fr. Joseph Klatka as
celebrant. Burial will be in the St. Rose Cemetery.
