Mr. Garth Carl Weeks, age 74 of Morganton, passed away on Saturday,
September 20, 2014, at Piedmont Hospital in Atlanta.
He was born on Wednesday, September 18, 1940 in St. Johnsbury, VT to the
late Earl and Charlotte Perry Weeks. Mr. Weeks was self-employed graphic
artist and was a member of Blue Ridge Mountain Arts Association.
Survivors are his wife, Hank Weeks of Morganton, GA; son, Khristian Garth
Weeks of Baltimore , MD; daughter, Samantha Weeks Steele of Tuscaloosa, AL;
brother, Earl Weeks of Vergennes, VT; sisters, Pamela Cavanaugh of Littleton,
NH and Barbara Laramie of St. Johnsbury, VT; grandchildren, Dorothea Weeks
of Baltimore, MD and Zoe Steele of Tuscaloosa, AL also survive.
Memorial services will be conducted on Saturday, September 27, 2014 at 4:00
p.m. from the Blue Ridge Mountain Arts Association Building with the Rev.
