Trent L. Wilkie, 68, of O'Fallon, IL, born August 17, 1940 in St. Johnsbury,
VT, died Sunday, May 24, 2009 at Memorial Hospital, Belleville, IL. Trent
was a video technician for Edwards D. Jones and AVATAR. He served in
the US Air Force, retiring as a Tech. Sgt. He was also a lifetime member of
REACT: Radio Emergency Associated Communications Team.
Trent was preceded in death by his parents Theodore and Doreta, nee Bowen, Wilkie.
He is survived by his wife Shizuko 'Sue', nee No, Wilkie, 2 daughters,
Tanya Robinson and Victoria Cissell, all of O'Fallon, IL, a step-brother
Leonard (Wendy) Johnson, step-sister Jeanette (Brad) Giroux, both of
Baldwinsville, NY, 2 grandchildren; Bryce Cissell and Gwynith Wilkie, nieces and nephews.
Graveside service, with full military honors, will be held Friday, May 29, 2009,
at 10:00 am, at O'Fallon City Cemetery, O'Fallon, IL.
Schildknecht Funeral Home, O'Fallon, IL was is charge of arrangements.
