Beverly Ileene Beliveau, age 85, formerly of Danville, passed away on her birthday June 20, 2019, at the Northeastern Vermont Regional Hospital. Beverly was born in Sutton, Vt., in 1934, daughter to the late Gerald and Abbie (Caswell) Tanner. She was raised and educated in Sheffield and graduated from Lyndon Institute in the Class of 1952 and in 1953 married Ernest and shared over 30 years at the time of his passing in 1984. They made their home in Danville and raised 8 children in the 25 years there. Beverly worked at Maple Gove for over 30 years, was a member of the Moose Club, VFW and the American Legion. She enjoyed some traveling, loved going dancing most every Saturday night with her sister Leona and going bowling with her good friend Freda She is survived by her 7 children: Michael Beliveau (Tracy) of Lake Helen, Fla., Marcia Gochee (Stanley “Skip”) of Sanford, Fla., Debra King (Wayne) of Newfane, Vt., Dawn Beliveau of St. Johnsbury, Renee Harris (Keith) of Debray, Fla., Christopher Beliveau (Becky Emerson) of Danville, Charles “Chuck” Beliveau also of Danville; her sister: Marybea Friend of St. Johnsbury; her grandchildren: Bill, Nathaniel, Lora, Genesis, Corey, Thomas, Derick, Jean Marie, Tiffany, TJ, Courtney, Logan, Cole, Carlie and Allie; and several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her son Mark in 2013 and 6 of her siblings: Leroy, Leona,Verla, Gerald Jr., Carolyn and Arnold. A Graveside Service will be held at 1 p.m. on July 9 at the Danville Green Cemetery. There will be no Calling Hours. Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association of VT
