Dale Parrow 31 of Gilman, Vt. (formerly of Danville, Vt.) was whisked away by angels on Friday, July 13, 2012 at Fletcher Allen Health Care in Burlington, Vt. after a battle with pneumonia and Myotonic Dystrophy. Dale was born March 19, 1981, the son of Sharon Bolton and Michael Parrow. Dale was a 2002 graduate of Lyndon Institute. He loved to watch NASCAR on TV as #24, Jeff Gordon was his favorite driver. Dale liked going bowling and to the movies and spending time with friends and family. Dale loved life! Dale loved taking trips with his second family. Recently he took his first train ride to Connecticut to visit some of his second family. Dale referred to his buddy Michael as his buddy ole pal. Dale loved going to the truck pulls to see the boys pull their trucks. Dale has been loved and cared for the past 10 years by his special friend Shirley Simpson. Dale is survived by his brother Robert Parrow of St. Johnsbury, his grandmother Alta Bolton and Aunt Sheila Bolton and several cousins all from Canada. He was predeceased by both of his parents. There will be a memorial service on July 21, 2012 at 1-3 p.m. at the American Legion in Lyndonville, Vt. The burial will be in Canada.
