John "Jack" King, taught Auto Mechanics from 1947-1977 and then became the Vocational Director for many years. John "Jack" Dunphy, '57, kept Mr. King in kind regards and shared a story with the Alumni Office about Mr. King finding his students sitting in one of the cars they were working on in class, listening to the world series on the radio. Mr. King joined them after the students explained what they were doing.
