, 83, of Derby, Vermont passed away on July 31, 2013 at her home, surrounded by her loving family. She was born December 2, 1929 in Newport, Vermont, the daughter of Orem and Hazel (Hayward) Morse. On October 15, 1949 she married David Limlaw who predeceased her on November 5, 1988. Harriet was employed by Bogner of America for twenty-two years as a Serger where she retired in 1995. She was also a driver for RCT and she volunteered at the Dailey Memorial Library until due to health reasons. She is survived by her children: Donna Gray and her husband Bradley of East Charleston, VT, Teresa Limlaw of Derby, VT, Yvonne Tessier and her husband Eugene of Derby, VT, and Crockett Limlaw and his wife Loraine of Derby, VT, and by 9 grandchildren: Keith Gray and his wife Teri, Jason Gray and his wife Ann Marie, Emilee Labbe and her husband Rick, Gene Tessier, Jr, Jessica Menard and her husband Arawn, Kelley Tessier and her partner Patrick, Chad Limlaw and his wife Julie, Amber Limlaw and her partner Armand, and Josh Limlaw and his partner Sarah, by 11 great grandchildren, a special friend Bev and by her beloved cat Chloe. Harriet was an avid reader and she loved traveling, family gatherings, tending to her flowers and doing zig saw puzzles. She was predeceased by her brother David Morse in 1988, by her sister Charlotte Bishop in 2011 and by her great grandson Jacob Gray in 1993. of Barton, and a former longtime resident of Craftsbury, died July 30 after a long illness at the William P. Cough Center for Extended Care in New London, N.H., where she had been a resident patient. She was born February 18, 1930 in New York City, where she studied fashion design and merchandising. She had a life-long interest in design, and in 1948 won the “Miss Arnold Constable” contest, sponsored by the legendary department store in New York City, for an outfit she designed and modeled. She was an excellent and inventive seamstress, and often made clothes and costumes for her children. Throughout her life, she maintained many other interests: painting, crafting, antiques, cooking and gardening. She was an avid “yard-saler” who loved collecting. While living in Connecticut, she spent summers in Morgan where the family had a converted schoolhouse in the Seymour Lake area. She relocated to Vermont in 1967, operated a hunting lodge in Morgan known as Wildwood Valley, and eventually settled in East Craftsbury, where she lived until moving to Barton in 1986. While living in Craftsbury, Mrs. Janci and her husband, Fred, owned the Fireside Restaurant in Hardwick, which they operated for nearly 20 years. In Barton, she also owned a restaurant and provided home health care. She was a member of the East Craftsbury Presbyterian Church, and supported the Ladies Auxiliary and the Girl Scouts. She was also a member of the Hardwick Chamber of Commerce and catered meals at the Barton Chronicle. She is survived by four children: Kenneth Kuhn of College Park, Md.; Penelope Kuhn Davidson with husband David of Minneapolis, Minn.; Lana Elissa Bortolot of New York City; and Jocelyn Janci Bowen with husband Terry of Lyme, N.H. She is also survived by five siblings: Kalliope Yfantopulos of Barton, Astelle Larson of Prescott, Ariz.; Alfred Osias Jr. of East Charleston; Fawn Glasgow of Blooming Grove, PA; Louis Hillman of Florida. She leaves 10 grandchildren: Cherie Lynn Case, Amie Sue, Kenny Joe, Christine and Michelle Kuhn; Kelly Barbes and Alex Kuhn Davidson; Nicholas and Christopher Bowen, and Meghan Janci. She is also survived by nieces and nephews: George Yfantopulos, Dora Thagouras, and Christopher; Melissa and Kevin Larson; David, Jason, and Simone Osias; and Kaelyn Glasgow. , 73, of Derby Line, VT passed away on July 28, 2013 at his home. He was born on July 17, 1940 in Morrisville, VT the son of Louis and Albina (Prive) Lague. He married Claudette Choquette who predeceased him in 2005. He was employed by Ethan Allen MFG in Orleans, VT for 30 years. He loved to fish, hunt at his deer camp, sugaring, loved life, outdoors and partying. He liked going for rides with his friend Gary. He also loved to sing and play his guitar and listen to Country Music especially Johnny Cash. On January 14, 1989 she married Lewis Coburn who predeceased her in 2003. She and her late husband Lewis owned and operated Barton Cleaner’s till it’s closing in 2002. She was currently employed at Lake Region Union High School/Lunch Program. She loved spending time with her family and her many friends. She loved being around people and wanted to make everyone around her happy. She loved to take pictures of family and friends. She had the most amazing smile that lit up an entire room. She was an amazing woman who thought her purpose in this world was to make everyone around her happy. In 1946 he married Aurore (Arel) who survives him after 67 years of marriage. Raoul was a saw operator for Ethan Allen MFG for 14 years where he retired. He was a past member of the Newport Elk’s #2155. Raoul and Aurore ran their own farm for 13 years in Charleston. Before buying the farm they lived in Manchester, NH for 14 years where he was a truck driver and worked in a tanery. They liked to travel going to Hawaii, Las Vegas, Florida and several places in between. They went on a 7 day cruise on their 60th wedding anniversary. They loved family gatherings with over 40 immediate family members generally present, several times a year. passed away quietly, surrounded by family on Sunday afternoon, July 21, 2013, following a documented twenty-three year struggle with Parkinson’s disease which began with symptoms ten years earlier. She enjoyed a fifty-three year marriage with her husband, David F. Hamelin, beginning on June 18, 1960. Lucille, the daughter of Napoleon (Paul) and Flore (Boulanger) Gendron, was born in North Troy on December 26, 1938, just a quarter mile from the home she made for her family with her husband, David, for the past forty-five years. This home was next door to her father’s brother, Philip, and sister, Georgette. After she graduated from North Troy High School she attended Becker Junior College in Worcester, MA, where she obtained her secretarial degree. Together with her husband, David, they moved to Bennington, VT, and operated a service station for several years. After returning to their hometown, they owned and operated a service station and convenience store. When most of their children reached school age, Lucille went to work as a bookkeeper for Sequin’s Oil Company and then Dr. Thornton’s dental office in Newport. A number of years later she worked as an individual student aide at Troy School. She was a devoted parishioner of St. Vincent de Paul’s Catholic Church and taught catechism classes for several years. Lucille was fond of planning family gatherings and always ready with snacks and meals for visitors. Get-togethers were extra special when her dearest friend Sue and Sue’s four sisters which include her sister-in-law, June, came to visit. The annual summer arrival of neighbors, Dr. Eric and Ellen Young and their family, was an enjoyable part of the summer season for Lucille. She was an avid reader and loved recording family antidotes and short stories. Currently, her book, I Hope I Never Get Old, is in the process of being published. Lucille relished working with family photos and framed many collages. Other favorite pastimes included jigsaw, crossword, and Sudoku puzzles. She is survived by her husband and six children: Kenneth, Lorie, Paul, John, Brian and Karen, twelve grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, her brother, Raymond and his wife, June, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Lucille was predeceased by her father, mother, infant daughter, Sheri, a grandson, a niece, and a great-nephew. , 68, of Coventry, VT passed away at her home peacefully on July 18, 2013. She was born July 28, 1944 in Metheun, MA, the daughter of Joseph and Estelle (Lefebvre) Gagnon. She enjoyed gardening, reading, and working on her home, doing craft work and spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren: They were her “Heart and Soul”, and also with her close friends. She also enjoyed Thanksgiving with her family and she loved to help people. She truly had a heart of gold. She was a strong willed independent woman and expected nothing less from her son, daughters, granddaughters, grandsons and great grandchildren. Her passion in life was when she believed in something she gave it her all and she could find something good in everyday. She knew the difference between giving a hand up and giving a hand out. She had an incredible sense of humor which she passed on to her family. Towards the end of August each year, he went to the back porch to play The Last Rose of Summer, an Irish poem set to music that brought extra sadness for us because it signaled we soon had to leave Vermont and return to New Jersey:

Years later, when my parents made the West Glover summer home their full-time residence, my father played that song less often at the end of summer. He loved the Northeast Kingdom and no longer had to be sad about leaving. John made many friends in the area playing his trumpet with local bands, including Bread and Puppet, the Newport Community Band, and informal jam sessions held in Glover and other towns around the Kingdom. Some knew him for his love of music, some for his joke telling, but most of all I think he was loved for his kind heart and easygoing nature. John Anthony Ceraso died suddenly July 17, 2013. Born in Brooklyn, New York, son of Angelo (Ralph) Ceraso and Lucia (Lucy) Vessa Ceraso, he grew up in the Bedford Stuyvesant section of Brooklyn. He met Joanne Sage Ceraso when they were both graduate students at the New School for Social Research in New York. They married in 1958 and were married for 52 years until her death in October, 2010. John spent a long and distinguished career as a professor of psychology. After earning his PhD in Psychology from The New School for Social Research in 1959, he went on to teach, first at Yeshiva University and then Rutgers University in Newark, New Jersey, starting in 1967. His teaching career with Rutgers lasted more than three decades. As a professor and researcher, he contributed important theory and research to psychology in the areas of memory and perception. John was among a group of four Rutgers psychology professors and their families who made summer homes near each other in the Northeast Kingdom and spent time together during the summer. These families included the Feffers, the Hansens, and the Rocks. John and Joanne first stayed in the area in the 1960s as guests of the Rodgers Farm (now known as the Rodgers County Inn) in West Glover, and then bought the nearby home where the family spent many glorious summers. After he and Joanne later decided to brave the Vermont winters and move here year-round, neither expressed a moment of regret about that decision. John thoroughly enjoyed playing with area bands, something that helped keep him going after losing Joanne. He was known to share his love of music by giving instruments to friends and acquaintances, not for any special occasion but simply because he felt like it. John’s family and friends will miss him dearly. He is survived by four daughters: Jane Ceraso of Acton, Massachusetts and West Glover; Laura Ceraso of Plainfield, Vermont; Marion Ceraso of Madison, Wisconsin; and Karen Ceraso of West Glover; six grandchildren: Sage and Rory Lowe of Acton, Massachusetts; Diego, Miguel and Lucia Nieto of Madison, Wisconsin; and his youngest grandson, Mateo Ceraso, who lived with him in his home. He is also survived by a sister, Rosemarie Schriefer and her husband Henry Schriefer of Seminole, Florida; three nephews and nieces: Russell Schriefer and Emily and Evan Simonoff; two sons-in-law: Stephen Lowe of Acton, Massachusetts and West Glover; and Javier Nieto of Madison, Wisconsin. He is also he survived by many beloved friends. died on July 16, 2013 at the Manor in Morrisville. She was born in Fall River, Massachusetts, on February 5th, 1918, a daughter of the late Guilford C. and Nellie (Shirley) Hathaway. She graduated from the B. M. C. Durfee High School in Fall River and from Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island, in the Class of 1939. She married Francis A. Young in 1943 in Fall River. She and her husband later moved to Bethesda, Maryland, where they lived for the next 30 years, where Francis worked as Executive Secretary for the International Exchange of Persons, an arm of the Fulbright Program. Connie and Francis began the move to Craftsbury Vermont, on Fran’s retirement, and they became full time residents in 1983. They were involved in many community activities over the years, especially with St. John the Baptist Episcopal Church in Hardwick. Connie was predeceased by Fran in 1995, and also by her sisters Ellen H. Follett, Emily A. Macomber, and Shirley H. Pope. She is survived by her niece Constance Follett Rieben and nephew Elton Follett, their children and by many nieces and nephews in the Young family. Connie and Fran had no children of their own, so they took on the role of favorite aunt and uncle for the many nieces and nephews. College students found their way smoothed by checks that seemed to arrive at critical times, and visitors to Washington always received a warm welcome and, very often, a guided tour of the sights, including some of the lesser-known institutions such as the Botanical Gardens. After Connie and Fran moved to Craftsbury, their beautiful house and land became a favored destination and gathering place for friends and relatives. , 74, of Newport, VT passed away at her home on July 16, 2013. She was born on September 11, 1938 in East Bridgewater, MA, the daughter of Herbert and Florence (Murray) Sears. On September 18, 1982 she married Herbert Tice who predeceased her on June 17, 2001. Arlene was employed as a nurse’s aid for both the Newport Health Care Center and Bel-Aire Nursing Home. Among her hobbies she enjoyed watching television, reading her bible books, visiting with her family and her church family and playing with her grandchildren. She was a member of the Jehovah Witness of Newport, VT. She is survived by her children: Henry Fillion and his wife Kelly of MA, Michael Fillion of Maine, Albert Bratti and his companion Annette of Newport, VT, and Debbi Bratti and her husband Rick LePage of Newport, VT. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren and many great grandchildren, and by several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her son Ricky Westgate, her grandchildren: Tina Bratti, Nicole Bratti, and Eric Fillion and by her daughter-in-law Connie-Jo Fillion. , 87, of 1538 Camp Winape Road in Morgan, died Sunday, July 14, at North Country Hospital from complications after breaking a hip in a fall. He was married for 60 years to Elizabeth (Davignon) Denning who survives him. Born December 20, 1925, in Boston, Massachusetts, the son of Harry H. Denning and Cecilia M. (Tennien) Denning, he grew up in Wakefield, Massachusetts, and attended St. Thomas Seminary in Bloomfield, Connecticut, and the University of Ottawa. Lieutenant Denning served as an Army paratrooper in the Korean War between 1951 and 1953, and married Elizabeth Davignon at St Theresa’s Church in Orleans in 1953. After working for one of Burlington’s early television stations, he trained as a language teacher at Middlebury College, and then taught French and Latin for many years, first at Black River High School in Ludlow, and then at Fallsburgh High School in Fallsburgh, New York. He also worked regularly as a summer camp counselor and swimming instructor, including at Camp Holy Cross on Lake Champlain. In his spare time, he established the Menthon Saint Bernard kennel, raising and showing several champion show dogs; he served as president of the New England Saint Bernard Club, and, later, as a dog show judge. He was also an avid skier, qualifying for the National Ski Patrol, as well as serving as a ski instructor, and coach for the Fallsburgh high school ski team. In the early 1980s, he retired with Elizabeth to the home he built on the shores of Seymour Lake, and was a regular at Newport airport, flying his Mooney aircraft. In recent years, he enjoyed boating on the lake, light carpentry, and, as a founder of the Ames Road Association, plowing snow. He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth, three children, Michael of Guilford, Connecticut, Karen Fontana of Keystone Heights, Florida, and Cecilia, and three grandchildren, Nicholas Carby-Denning of Chicago, Illinois, Brandon Marsden, of West Palm Beach, Florida, and Brittany Fontana of Gainesville, Florida. was called home to God on July 12, 2013, after a long and courageous battle with his illness while at home with his family. Romeo was born in 1939 in Newport, Vermont. He and his twin brother Bernard Jr. were the first of eleven children born to the late Bernard and Theresa Lemieux. Romeo was a graduate of Newport High School in 1958 and Champlain College in 1961 where he earned his degree in Accounting. He also served his country as a member of the Vermont National Guard. On May 27th, 1963, he married the love of his life, Elizabeth Fedele and they had three children, Dana, Deanna, and the late Craig. His career began with the Brit store in Concord, New Hampshire; he eventually moved his family back to Newport and became manager and overseer of the organization which employed him in his youth: the John Police Store-commonly known to locals as “Grapefruit University.” Romeo spent the remainder of his career as a businessman with the former Fedele’s grocery store, and became an iconic member of both the store and the community. He was a member of St. Mary Star of the Sea Catholic Church and served as a long-time member of the Zoning Board. Romeo enjoyed the simple necessities of life, and his best days were spent working hard, sharing conversation with friends over a cup of coffee, and returning home to his wife, affectionately called “ma.” He will be best remembered for his easy going nature, kind heart and wonderful stories. He had an inquisitive nature and a genuine interest in others, and his sincere interest and ability to immediately put others at ease earned him a multitude of friendships, and a great deal of respect from those who had the pleasure to know him. His place at the table will be greatly missed by all. Romeo is survived by his wife, Liz, of 50 years, son Dana and his wife Maureen of Harvard MA, daughter Deanna Jannace and her husband Jim of Rangely, ME, his grandchildren Brendan and Nicole Lemieux, and Daren and Olivia Jannace, his siblings: Bernard and wife Lilianne, Essex Junction; Lorraine Elmore, Newport; Jeanne Whalen and husband Bill, Illinois; John and wife Dottie, Severna Park, Maryland; Joseph and his wife Margaret, of Georgia; Andrea Cate and husband Richard, Burlington; Antoinette Ingalls and husband Bill, Irasburg; and Luke, California. Romeo is preceded in death by his brother Philip, sister Christine and infant son Craig. He was also a treasured uncle to 38 nieces and nephews. , 88, of Manchester, NH died on July 12, 2013 in Manchester, NH. He was born on February 14, 1925 in Newport, VT the son of Water and Flora (Shastany) Chaffee. On July 19, 1956 he married Rita Goodenough who survives him. Edward was a veteran of WW11 where he received the Europeon Campaign medal. He was employed for 43 years by the Canadian Pacific Railroad where he retired in 1986. He was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 798 of Newport, VT. Among his hobbies he enjoyed ice fishing and the company of his loving family. , 84, passed away at his home in Newport Center on July 12, 2013. He was married for 65 years to Virginia (Limlaw) Royer who survives him. He was born on May 17, 1929 in Newport Center, Vermont a son of Clement and Melina (Poire) Royer. Ernest loved spending time with family and grandkids. He enjoyed playing with his best friend Missy the poodle, playing cards, fishing, hunting, traveling to Florida, going out to eat and cutting firewood. He worked at Ethan-Allen for over 15 years. Later he and his wife bought their farm in Coventry, which they ran for several years before building the garage Royer’s Service Station in Coventry and the home where they live. He also did mechanic work at the home. After selling to his son Larry, he was a familiar sight driving his truck all over the county delivering firewood as his idea of retirement. He is also surived by a son Larry Royer, Sr. and his partner Lori Royea, by two daughters, Sindy Souliere and her husband Paul and Sue Packet and her husband Larry, by a daughter-in-law Judy Desroches and her husband Rock, by his grandchildren: Kathy Leblanc, and partner Bill, Larry Royer, Jr. and his wife Denise, Bonnie Poginy and her husband Gary, Jessica Royer and her fiancé Jared, Mellissa Stone and her Partner Jamie, Josh Souliere and his fiancée Aimee, Karissa, Bria, and Dekota, and by great grandchildren: Jeremy, Katie, Missy, Larry III, Amanda, Isaac, James, Tyler, Mikalah, Kadin, Kiley, Bruce III, Nicholas, Erika, Blan, Lexis, and by a great great granddaughter Oliva, by his brothers: Raymond Royer and his wife Lucy, Andrew Royer and his wife Annette, sister-in-laws Jeanette Royer, Noreen Royer, and Priscilla Royer, a very close friend to the family Allan Rowell, and by many nieces and nephews. , 65, of Barton Vermont passed away at his home on July 11, 2013 surrounded by his loving family and caring friends. He was born February 24, 1948 in Nova Scotia, Canada, the proud son of David Lloyd and Doris (Kirk) George, current residents of Barton. Kirk’s hobbies included camping, playing poker, talking to people, being with friends and family, traveling, discussing current and past world events, herbalism, attending and promoting music tours, events, and festivals, fishing, and enjoying the outdoors. Kirk was an avid fisherman who enjoyed fishing the many local rivers and lakes each spring, and escaping to the Florida Keys for ocean fishing. Kirk loved to tell fish stories, had hints and bait advice, and knew the history of the waters he fished. He passed this love onto as many people as he could including his four children and seven grandchildren. He traveled the world and spoke of Clyde River and the local attractions luring folks to camp on his family’s land, visit the schoolhouse, and enjoy Vermont’s beauty. Kirk went to elementary school in Sydney, Canada and then moved with his parents to Quincy Massachusetts where he graduated high school. Kirk spent most of life in Vermont, Massachusetts, Florida, and Jamaica. When Kirk’s parents needed more assistance Kirk came home to take care of them in their home for several years before they moved to Maple Lane Nursing home as Kirk’s health declined. He is survived by his children, Arthur George of Waterbury, VT, Celeste Jones and her husband Robert of Fayston, VT, Jesse George of Morrisville, VT, and Willow George and her husband Michael Seely of Denver, CO; by his parents David and Doris George of Barton, VT; by his grandchildren Ezra, Ira, and Olivia Wickwire-George, Jada, Dylan and Ethan Jones, and Madelyn Lucas-George. Kirk had many cherished friends, among his closest were Tony Burns and Eva Kordosova-Verge. A private burial service will be held in David Kirk George’s honor on Monday July 15th at the Heath Cemetery in Barton.

, 73, passed away peacefully on July 10th, 2013 at the Maple Lane Nursiing Home in Barton, Vermont. He was born September 24th 1939, in Coventry, Vermont to the union of Ozias and Pearl (Barry) Prue. They both preceded him in death along with his sister Shirley and his brothers Sheridan and George. He was a paint contractor and cut and sold Christmas trees. He liked wearing western clothes. Reggie is survived by six sons: Randy and Stacey of Puablo West Colorado, Craig of Colorado Springs Colorado, Shawn (Michelle) of Freeport Illinois and Reginald and Mark of Newport, Vermont. He is also survived by his grandchildren: Crystal and Ashley (Bill) of Illinois, Craig and McKenzie of Colorado and Anna, Melissa, Tyler, Caleb, and Nicholas all of Vermont and by a great grandchild Jessica Camely of Vermont. Also by numerous nieces and nephews. No services will be held, interment will take place in Coventry Cemetery. of Island Pond died peacefully on Tuesday July 9, 2013 at the Union House Nursing Home surrounded by several family members, members of staff and resident friends. Norma was born April 16, 1920 in Island Pond, the daughter of the late Reuben and Madona (Giroux) Christie. Shortly after graduation from Brighton High School, she married Roland Meredith, to whom she was happily married for nearly 70 years. He predeceased her in January 2009. She lived the majority of her life in Island Pond where she happily raised her children. A devoted wife and mother who was always happiest when her children and their friends were at home. Evident as far as her childhood, her inquiring mind lead her to achieving success in her home making, cooking and sewing endeavors. Though she often emphatically declared her dislike for cooking she made many people happy at her table. Nobody ever left hungry! While growing up, she made most of the clothing her children wore. Her creative sewing resulted in costumes for family members who participated in local parades over the years, her crowning achievement being the many costumes she made for the Bicentennial Parade, including the George Washington uniform proudly worn by her son, Wayne Meredith. She was particularly passionate about American history, genealogy and snowmobiling. Membership she enjoyed over the years were Girl Scouts, Young Adults Club at Congregational Church, the snowmobile club, and the American Legion Auxiliary. Since November 2004. Norma was a resident at Union House Nursing Home in Glover, VT where she enjoyed the staff, their care and affections. She befriended many residents and made them her extended family. She readily participated in the activities offered such as trips to Wal-Mart, picnics, history and French classes, and the Barton Fair. Avid Bingo player, at which she was a constant winner! Especially enjoyed the children who visited, sang and entertained. Norma is survived by her five children: Barbara and her husband Wayne Hodsden of Lodgeport, NY, Sandra and her late husband Douglas Nadeau of Fitchburg, MA, Wayne Meredith of Island Pond, Scott Meredith and his wife Kathryn of Island Pond, Brenda and her husband Paul Johnson of Ashburnham, MA, a brother Robert Christie and his wife Irene of Island Pond, VT, a sister Roberta Lybrand of Hollywood, FL. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild. A funeral service will be held on Sunday, July 14 at 2:00 PM at the First Congregational Church of Brighton, Island Pond. Following the service there will be a joint committal service for Norma and Roland, her husband, at the Lakeside Cemetery in Island Pond. 82, entered her heavenly home peacefully with her family at her side on July 8, 2013 in Scarborough, ME. Shirley was born April 26, 1931 in Newport, VT to Dewey and Doris (Woodbury) Farrand. She attended schools in Newport, Barton, Glover, and Morrisville, VT. Shirley and Darrell Dezotell were married in August of 1951. Together they had two children, Diana Day of Portland, ME and Rev. Steven Dezotell of Haysville, KS. Shirley worked for 34 years at Orleans County Hospital and North Country Hospital. She started as a maid, then took the state course to become a CNA. After her children were grown and married, she went back to school to earn her LPN degree from Fanny Allen School of Nursing. She was a faithful member of the Newport Church of the Nazarene for over 40 years, serving on many boards and committees as well as a Sunday School Teacher. She was an avid crafter, crocheting many afghans for friends and family and completing beautiful needlepoints. She also decorated many cakes for special occasions. Shirley was predeceased by her husband, Darrell Dezotell and two grandsons, Doug & Chad Dezotell. She is survived by her daughter, Diana (Rev.Paul) Day and by her son, Rev. Steven (Rhonda) Dezotell, as well as 5 grandchildren, Gary Dezotell, Brian (Kristi) Dezotell, Catherine (Michael) Day-Hirsch, Meredith (Matthew) Miller, and Allyson Day and one great-grandchild, Sage Dezotell. She is also survived by a brother Thomas (Ann) Farrand, and two sisters, Helen Leno and Joyce Farrand and many nieces and nephews. , 19, of Keene, NH, formerly of Newport, VT passed away suddenly as a result of an automobile accident in Winchester, NH, on July 7, 2013. She was born on August 4, 1993 the daughter of Christopher Couture and Lisa Ross Couture who predeceased her in 1996. Lindsey loved art, her cats and was a very social person who interacted very easily with others and loved spending time with her brother. She was an active donor with the Red Cross Blood program and volunteered for many different causes. She is survived by her father Chris and step mother Roxanne Bullis Couture, by her brother Christopher Couture, Jr, by her grandmothers Marlene Bullis all of Newport Center, VT, Judy Ross of Newport, NH and by her grandfather Ronnie Murgatroy. She is also survived by her great grandmothers Inez Couture of Peterborough, NH, and Thelma Willis of Newport, VT, by her fiancé Nick Dunton of Winchester, NH, who is in critical condition at a Massachusetts Hospital as a result of the same accident, and by several Aunts, Uncles, and cousins. She was predeceased by her grandfathers Joe Bullis and Everett Ross, by her great grandfather Melvin Willis and by her Uncle Christopher Joseph Bullis and by her grandmother Sandra Matthews.
