Charles Dean Kimball, 69, passed away March 14, 2014, after a long illness, surrounded
by his family. Dean was raised in St. Johnsbury, Vt. After two tours in Vietnam
with the Marine Corps, he came to Denver where he attended college, married
and raised a family. He worked in the insurance industry many years and
finished his career working for FEMA. An outdoorsman, hunter, horseman,
father and grandfather, Dean had a kind manner, a true zest for life and the
next adventure and was greatly loved by family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be sent to The Wounded Warrior Project,
"The trail is the thing, not the end of the trail.
Travel too fast, and you miss all you are traveling for."
