Judith Ann Cook , age 58, died Tuesday, Oct. 12, 2010, at Pine Knoll
CCH in Lyndonville after a long and debilitating illness. Judy was born
Feb. 25, 1952, in Claremont, N.H., the daughter of Roy Earl Cook of
West Lebanon, N.H., and Ethera May Snelling of Sheffield Vt. Judy
graduated from St. Johnsbury Academy, Class of 1972. She lived
recently at Pilgrim Manor in West Burke and enjoyed attending the
Community Meal Site there. Judy is survived by her mother, Ethera
Snelling-Miles of Pownal, Vt.; siblings Roy Cook and wife Louise of
Lyndonville, Bruce Miles of Woodford, Vt., and Beth Alison Miles of
Pownal; niece Morgan Cook of Lyndonville; also many Berry, Snelling
and Newland cousins. Judy was predeceased by her father, Roy Earl
Cook, June 27, 1964. Judy had many friends over the years that drove
her to appointments, helped her at home, etc., and her family wishes
to express sincere gratitude to all of you. A special thank-you to
Charlie Weis of Sutton who was her constant companion and
caregiver. Arrangements are by Pearsons Funeral Home LLC in
Lyndonville, Vt. At Judy's request, there are no calling hours and the burial will be private.
