Albany Aug 15th 1818
Pursuant to a request from some persons in this town, the Rev James Parker of Enosburgh, (&) myself (------rded). The meeting being opened by prayer, the articles of faith and covenant being read the following persons then came forward namely: Mr. Aaron Chamberlin, Mr. Theodore S. Lee, Mr. Moses Chamberlin & Mrs. Hannah Skinner. Each one, having given a satisfactory account of their Christian experience, they then agreed to be embodied the next day. This meeting was holden at Mr. Moses Delano's and was closed with prayer.
Lord's day Aug 16th -----
The meeting was attended at Mr. Aaron Winches having delivered a dis-course the above persons stepped forward before the assembly, to whom I read the confession of faith and the covenant to which they gave then publick assent. I then baptized Moses Chamberlin (&) declared them to be a (child) of Christ, regu-

larly embodied in the congregational order.
They then chose brother Aaron Chamberlin moderator.
