Bushnell, Hibbard and Merrill also rendered their services. Pastor Joseph Cheney died in 1834. He sustained an injury in 1822 which caused him to be dismissed in 1823. The Rev. E. G. Smith, of Middlebury, preached in 1868. Prof. Webber, of Middlebury College, preached with others in 1869. In 1870, the Revs. John Steet and Barton, of Middlebury, officiated in the Church.
